1. How can I place an order?You can place an order by contacting us via WhatsApp at 07718 370469 or by emailing us at info@jerkyfridays.co.uk. Please provide as much detail as possible about your event to help us serve you better. 2. What is your typical response time?We aim to respond to all enquiries within 48 hours or sooner. 3. Can I customise the set menus?Yes, you’re welcome to swap dishes around in our set menus to suit your preferences. 4. Can I request a dish that isn’t on your menu?Absolutely. Let us know what you’re looking for and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. 5. How much notice do you require for orders?The more notice you can give us, the better. We may accept last-minute orders depending on our schedule, but we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment. 6. Can you work with a limited budget?Yes, we’re happy to work within your budget. Just let us know the number of guests and your budget, and we’ll create a suitable package.
7. Do you offer food-only services without staff?Yes, we offer three flexible service options:a) Delivery with equipment – We deliver and set up food with chafing sets and collect the equipment at a scheduled time.b) Delivery only – We deliver your food in foil containers, ready to serve.c) Collection – You may collect your order directly from our HQ in Tulse Hill, SW2. 8. Can we try the food before booking?Yes. We offer a Taster Takeaway for £25, which is fully refundable if you go ahead with a booking. It must be collected from our Tulse Hill HQ at a pre-arranged time and will include samples from your selected menu. 9. Do you cater for private home events?Yes, we are happy to cater for events at private residences as well as venues. 10. Do you cater for corporate events?Yes, we do. Choose from our Cold Buffet, Canapés, or Celebrations Menu, depending on the style of your event. 11. Can you provide drinks without food service?Yes, we now offer a mobile bar service, with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, staffed by a qualified Personal Licence Holder.
